Our guest house is a non-smoking and non-vaping establishment. We provide designated outdoor areas for smoking. Please use these areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Please treat our property and its amenities with care and respect. Any intentional damage to property or theft of items will be subject to charges, and we reserve the right to report any unlawful activities to the authorities.
Cleanliness
We take pride in providing a clean and hygienic environment. Kindly assist us in maintaining this by keeping your room and common areas tidy.
No Parties or Events
To maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests, we do not allow parties or events within the guest house premises. Please respect this rule to ensure a tranquil stay for everyone.
Quiet Hours
We value your comfort and that of other guests. Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm - 6 am to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
Pets
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our guest house to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 3.00 pm, and check-out time is 12.00 pm. Please adhere to these timings to facilitate smooth transitions for all guests.
Kitchen and Cooking
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities, but we kindly request that you clean up after yourself and store your food in designated areas.
Damages and Lost Items
Any damages to property or lost items will be the responsibility of the guest. Please report any issues to the management promptly.
Environmental Responsibility
Help us conserve energy and resources by turning off lights and air conditioning when not in use and by reducing water wastage.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests allowed is not more than 8 adults and 4 children at any given time. This ensures a comfortable and safe stay for everyone. Please kindly adhere to this occupancy limit during your stay. Thank you for your cooperation!
Security
Ensuring your safety is our priority. Please lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property, and be responsible for your personal belongings during your stay.
Non-Halal Food and Alcoholic Drinks Prohibition
To maintain our status as a Muslim-friendly establishment, Maison de Lagenda prohibits guests from bringing non-halal food items such as pork and alcoholic drinks onto the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding our values and creating a respectful environment for all guests.
No Illegal Activities
To maintain a safe and lawful environment for all guests, Maison de Lagenda strictly prohibits any illegal or unlawful activities on the premises. This includes but is not limited to the use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances, engaging in criminal behavior, or any activity that violates local laws or regulations. Guests found engaging in such activities will be subject to immediate eviction and may face legal consequences.
